What is it?

Clocked and Loaded is a simple to use time clock solution for the office, the job site, and on the go. It's hosted software designed to make staff hours tracking accurate, easy, and pain free.

How does it work?


Step 1:

Signup for a 14-day free trial. After logging in for the first time, add the staff members you want to track hours for. Then take your dashboard URL the software provides, and plug that in to the web browser of any tablet or computer you'd like to use as your time clock.


Step 2:

Your staff begins using the software on your time clock device as part of their daily routine. The software is so easy to use, there is no training required. If you have mobile staff, you can even allow mobile clock in and out from the staff members phone and get a map of where they were when they did it.


Step 3:

You can login to the admin section to be able to see and modify staff clock in and out events, see calculated pay, and view reports. Or if you prefer, you don't have to login at all, and a weekly hours/payroll report will automatically appear in your email at the close of your work week.

What does it cost?

Standard pricing is $2 per staff member per month. If you have a worker who makes $8 an hour, our software only has to more accurately track 15 minutes of that workers time in an entire month to have paid for itself.

In addition because we charge one low flat fee per worker, you don't get unexpected fees for using the software the way you want to:

  • If you're a catering company who wants to put a time clock at an event site, or a construction company who wants to clock people in and out right from the job site, just bring a tablet with cellular to the site and you're off and running. There are no per time clock device fees.

  • Do you have multiple businesses you want to track? No problem, simply add a second location in the admin panel. Each location has its own staff and reports but everything can be accessed from the same control panel. There are no per location/business fees.
  • There's no risk. Sign up today for a free 14-day trial. If you're unhappy, you can cancel at any time.

    Minimum Charge Notice: Please note that there is a monthly minimum charge of $5 so if you have less than 3 staff members, your monthly total will instead be a flat $5. As soon as you have 3 or more workers, your monthly total will be $2 times the number of workers. We apologize for the inconvienience but this is required to help offset the credit card transaction fees we are required to pay on each charge.

    What if I have a problem?

    Support is not an after thought. We want to earn your business and to do everything we can to keep it. If you have a question, concern, or suggestion we want to hear about it, 24/7 365 days of the year.

    When you login at the top of the page you'll see a "Support/Feedback" button that will instantly let you send us a message with your question or suggestion. In addition, you will never get an email from us from a "noreply" email address. When you sign up you'll get an email, at the end of every work week you'll get an email with your staff hours/pay report, if you use the "lost password" function you'll get an email, simply hit reply to any email we send you and it will immediately go to a real person.
